Define and deliver the workplace experience as an integrated, colleague-facing service model across three core pillars: soft services, including reception, conference and meeting services, food and cafeteria operations, housekeeping, workplace logistics, colleague amenities, and day-to-day service excellence; hospitality, focused on creating welcoming, professional, and seamless experiences for colleagues, visitors, and stakeholders; and workplace space activation, ensuring workspaces are effectively programmed, curated, and energized to support collaboration, engagement, and evolving business needs. Based at the Collegeville, Pennsylvania site and reporting to the Director, People Experience (PX), Global Workplace Experience (GWE), North America Commercial (NAC) Sites, the NAC Workplace Experience Manager is responsible for developing and sustaining an optimal workplace experience for colleagues across a cluster of NAC portfolio sites.
