Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools (e.g., Excel formulas, Google Forms, SharePoint) Familiarity with help desk, ticketing systems, or cloud-based tools is a plus Strong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and organizational skills Comfortable learning and using new systems and applications Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and asking for help when needed Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow data security protocols Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Experience Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
