This position is responsible for ensuring presses run safely, efficiently, and on schedule by directly leading press operators and coordinating across multiple support functions, including Tooling, Setup, Process Engineering, and Material Handling. Success in this role requires strong workflow management, staffing optimization, and cross-functional leadership to deliver performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC).
