Under the general direction of the California High-Speed Rail Authority's (Authority) Supervising Transportation Engineer (Third Party Manager), the Senior Transportation Engineer (Third Party Utilities Lead) will act in a lead capacity for planning, monitoring, expediting, and tracking Third Party activities required for the high-speed rail project.
