Build strategic plans to improve HSE performance.\n \nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n Associate's or bachelor's degree in Safety and Environmental Management, bachelors degree level is highly preferred\n Previous experience in manufacturing or agriculture HSE management\n Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Code Federal Regulations (CFR), OSHA, EPA and DOT regulations, including local, state and federal regulations\n Experience in Lean Daily Management\n Three to ten years' experience in a safety-related field\n Experience executing or engaging in a behavior-based safety program is preferred \n Knowledge and capability with MS Office; specifically, WORD, Excel, and PowerPoint.
