Major Areas of Accountability: Provide technical guidance to technicians and engineersTechnical expert for cooling systems (chillers, glycol chillers, cooling towers, process cooling water, water treatment)Technical expert for HVAC systems (FTU's, make-up air handler units, air flow patterns, cleanroom filters, DX units)Clear understanding of requirements behind sustaining a cleanroom (characterization, instrumentation, filters, and general materials)Technical expert for hot water systems (boilers), compressed air system, process vacuumTechnical expert for scrubbing systems and general exhaustResponsible for maintaining equipment in respective systems including coordination with contractors. Active lead in supporting department meetings, capital planning, and expense budgetingSPC monitoring in accordance with facilities specsLead process changes through process control board as neededRoot cause analysis on incidentsManage complex capital and expense projects, from concept to scope to timeline delivery and commissioning.
