Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Registered Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) certifications; New York nursing license in hand; at least 3 years of Operating Room experience; prior travel experience; experience with orthopedic total joint and trauma procedures, neurological, gynecological and urological, vascular, and thoracic cases; competency in phlebotomy and intravenous placement; proficiency with required surgical procedures, including general, bariatric, otolaryngology, vascular, thoracic, orthopedic and spine, neurological, gynecological, urological, and plastic surgery cases. Additional Information: The position supports a diverse surgical service with 14 beds and interdisciplinary support from intravenous therapy teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services.
