Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) single-state license or Registered Nurse (RN) multistate compact license; Basic Life Support (BLS), American Red Cross Basic Life Support, or Basic Life Support (BLS) Instructor certification; completion of an accredited or approved school of nursing with requisite clinical hours; less than one year of required experience; direct patient care experience; proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; basic computer skills; strong interpersonal, collaborative, customer-service, time-management, and critical-thinking skills. The role requires evidence-based nursing practice, strong critical-thinking skills, effective communication, and the ability to respond to emergencies in a composed and decisive manner.
