Required Qualifications: Wisconsin or compact registered nurse license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA); minimum of 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty; kidney transplant experience; pediatric operating room, ambulatory operating room, and pediatric trauma experience; experience with charting systems; required experience with Level I and Level II trauma; proficiency with blood and blood product administration, transplant regulatory documentation, pediatric general operating room procedures, trauma care, infection control, specimen handling, surgical equipment, and perioperative safety protocols. The position provides perioperative nursing care for pediatric and adult patients in a specialized surgical setting, with required kidney transplant, pediatric operating room, ambulatory operating room, and pediatric trauma experience.
