Requirements of a successful Transload Operator: High School Diploma or GED equivalentRead, write, and understand EnglishCapable to learn how to operate and maintain railcar/trans-loading equipment (e.g., Hoses, portable conveyors, transfer pumps, portable stair systems, small to medium-sized equipment, track mobile, etc.)Ability and willingness to travel to other transload terminals to assist when necessary; maybe for up to a week at a time.
