Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in Salesforce, Tableau and/or Sigma to provide visibility into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and GTM performance • Analyze revenue trends to identify opportunities, risks, and operational improvement areas, and clearly articulate the story behind performance • Support forecasting through rigorous data validation and scenario modeling • Collaborate with Marketing Operations on attribution, campaign analytics, and funnel performance • Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights • Work closely with Finance to support annual planning, budgeting, and revenue modeling • Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements and solutions. 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or related analytics roles Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or similar) Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Sigma, including SQL-based dashboard creation, data modeling, and performance optimization Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong) Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment, handling multiple tasks with flexibility and a positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
