Knowledge/understanding of trade skills: HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handling systems, plumbing, electrical, generators, uninterrupted power supply (UPS), elevators, fire protection, building monitoring/security systems, and computer/telephone systems. The Associate Director oversees facility construction projects, contracts, and assists with budget planning while maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the physical environment.
