What you will do: Prioritizes, plans, and supports maintenance work in collaboration with affected departments; Identify job resources (staff, tools, parts, references, etc.), assemble job plans (instructions, schematics, parts lists, manuals, etc.), coordinate with stakeholders (Production Planning, Engineering, Maintenance team, etc.), and support execution. You are also responsible for planning pro-active maintenance for technicians through the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and working with maintenance leaders to develop and oversee processes to ensure operational effectiveness and compliance.
