Daily administrative duties in the office include, being first point of contact for all students, faculty and administrators visiting the office, answer phones/transfer calls, secure space on camps for special events, manage catering orders, do requisitions to request purchase order numbers in order to pay department bills, prepare check requests including stipends to submit, sort and distribute mail, assist with all admissions processes and other administrative tasks. Bachelor’s degree in a human services related field with (2) years of work experience providing case management/care coordination services with one of the following populations: persons with HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, Substance Use and/or Behavioral Health Conditions. · Responsible for coordinating care for PrEP patients, including appointment scheduling, transportation to medical appointments, scheduling external specialty appointments, insurance navigation, and any other patient-specific needs.
