The Coordinators of Residence Life are 11-month, full-time, live-on, professional staff members, whose key responsibilities include providing leadership for the Residence Life department, facilitation of staff hiring and training, execution of emergency procedures, crisis response, and supervision as well as mentoring and training of resident Counselors. Oversee and coordinate housing operations, including facilitating the housing and roommate selection process, creating housing assignments for returning students in May and for incoming students over the summer, and managing changes, including communication with affected students.
