Execute the CE operating budget for service and maintenance across sites in scope; manage spend to plan, explain variance, and implement corrective action; recommend equipment renovation, refurbishment, replacement, or redeployment based on age, failure rate, cost of service, and clinical use, and provide service-performance data to support the CE capital and replacement planning process.
