Test, inspect, maintain, and document emergency-activated duress and security systems, including but not limited to Alertus, burglar alarms, parking lot call stations, panic alarms, and other Protective Services-managed systems. The Physical Security Technician also works collaboratively with Protective Services, Information Technology, and operational partners to ensure systems function reliably, data is accurate, and customer service expectations are consistently met.
