Associates Degree or two-year vocational degree from an accredited college in mechanical, electrical, or welding and two years of experience in operations and/or maintenance or four (4) or more years experience as a Maintenance Specialist II or in industrial/environmental operations and/or maintenance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
