How you will achieve success: Operational Excellence & Metric Ownership: Drive day-to-day fulfillment execution to exceed targets across core operational pillars: Safety (TRIR/near-miss reporting), Quality (pick/pack accuracy), Speed (dock-to-stock and dock-to-ship windows), and Cost (cost per unit, labor utilization). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Inventory Control, Transportation, Maintenance, Facilities, and Safety to remove operational blockers, integrate new warehouse technologies/WMS enhancements, and harmonize network-wide supply chain initiatives.
