Demonstrates advanced expertise in electrical distribution systems, automation, instrumentation, PLCs, and control systems; mentors and develops other technicians; coordinates contractors and project activities; and drives continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, reliability, and operational performance. Field activities may include walking to and amidst work and/or construction sites, climbing in and out of trenches, working around heavy equipment,egotiating rough terrain, areas of loose rock and working in confined spaces.
