In the role as a Global Trade Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing products according to the associated rules of origin, gathering and organizing data from internal and external resources, communicating with key stakeholders, assigning country of origin to Medtronic's products, generating certifications, and maintaining master data and records.
The purpose of your role as a Legal Operations Specialist, in coordination with Harris counsel, the Legal Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing insurance and bonding programs, litigation tracking, corporate governance obligations, licensing requirements, and key legal documentation along with providing support to Harris counsel as needed. While much of the work will be internal and administrative, the ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with the Harris legal team along with other internal stakeholders, outside counsel, brokers, insurers, and government agencies as needed.
Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses. If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse.
