High school diploma or GED required; Minimum three (3) years of aircraft detailing, automotive detailing, hospitality cleaning, or related experience required; Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred; Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record required; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor; Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, detailing products, and safe handling procedures; Ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Basic computer skills; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, and detailing equipment; Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Must be at least 18 years of age; Legally authorized to work in the United States; Must successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening; Must be able to successfully complete all background checks required to obtain and maintain airport security credentials and restricted area access; Must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
