Day-to-day supervision of Case Managers and routine Case Management operations will rest with the Case Management Assistant Director, allowing the Director to focus on senior-level strategy, leadership development, regulatory and quality oversight, program development, and emerging care coordination initiatives. In addition to having at least four years of experience working with intellectual disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, candidates must possess an applicable professional qualification such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LMSW, APRN, Psychiatric Nurse, or Registered Nurse , or otherwise meet applicable MaineCare Section 13 qualification requirements.
