POSITION SUMMARY: Within a division, the Operations Supervisor – Hauling Operations is responsible for supervising the collections activities in one or more lines of business (commercial, residential, roll-off (industrial) and/or container delivery and pick up) in a geographically dispersed area.
Responsibilities of the Technical Operations Manager: Lead daily operations by overseeing contact center performance and ensuring consistently high‑quality customer experience. Demonstrated leadership ability with strong communication skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Supports the Campus Operations Division in ensuring that all campus facilities are maintained in a safe and clean condition at all times; works closely with other members of the CA community to ensure that facilities remain available for school events and activities as needed. • Provides additional operations support as needed within the Campus Operations Division including but not limited to traffic control, office and furniture relocation, inclement weather campus cleanup/recovery, and supplemental security support.
