We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day maintenance of completed homes, rental properties, and other assigned units, ensuring homes and properties remain mechanically functional, aesthetically maintained, protected, safe, and ready for their intended use. The Maintenance Supervisor is primarily a field-based supervisory role in the Sioux Falls region with regular travel between completed homes, rental properties, developments, model homes, and active construction areas.
