We'll look to you for: Leading a safe work group by promoting and enforcing Alstom's best safety practices, including quality execution of job briefings, risk assessments, risk mitigation, employee engagement and empowerment, and root cause analysis problem-solving. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (maintenance, safety, and HR departments), conduct workplace audits and inspections, develop training programs to enhance team performance and compliance, and much more.
