Job Title: Mortgage Operations Specialist II Reports To: Mortgage/Consumer Loan Operations Manager Supervises: None Division: Loan Operations FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt Pay Rate: Hourly Position Purpose: The Mortgage Operations Specialist II supports the end-to-end mortgage lending workflow from application and initial disclosures through underwriting, closing, funding, and post-closing. This position coordinates borrowers, lenders, title companies, attorneys, insurers, investors, and internal partners, maintains accurate and complete loan files, and helps loans move through the pipeline within required service, quality, investor, and regulatory timelines.
