In this role, you will be essential in assessing and responding to complex post-operative needs, including wound care, drain management, and monitoring for complications associated with abdominal and bariatric surgeries. · Assesses the patient's condition and nursing needs, sets goals, and prescribes appropriate nursing actions to meet those goals and the physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative patient needs, including discharge planning.
