Residential Environments and Domestic Pets: Essential duties may require working in residential environments where domestic pets, including dogs and cats, may be present for extended periods in common areas, lobbies, building offices, amenity spaces, and occupied apartments while conducting inspections, reviewing operations, addressing resident concerns, or coordinating with property teams. Strong working knowledge of HOME, Project-Based Section 8, Housing Choice Vouchers, CityFHEPS, FHEPS, HASA, supportive housing, Mitchell-Lama, Section 236, and other federal, state, and local affordable housing programs.
