Ensure that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and procedures and acting in a safe manner at all times; Work alongside the Operations Manager to learn about daily business operations and the Industrial Services industry; Assist with coordinating employee training, scheduling, and tracking training requirements; Support travel arrangements, including scheduling transportation, lodging, and other travel-related needs; Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with communication between employees, managers, and field teams; Provide administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing operational documents; Assist with daily scheduling, coordination, and other activities that support field operations; Travel to field locations and job sites to gain hands-on exposure to Industrial Services operations and support operational activities; Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency; Participate in Clean Harbors Internship Program networking and professional development activities; Complete and present a final internship project at the conclusion of the program; Perform other duties as assigned. Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, or Engineering from an accredited college or university; Strong interest in business operations, administration, and the Environmental and Industrial Services industry; Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills; Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment; Willingness and ability to travel to field locations and job sites as required; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook; Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records; Ability to work collaboratively with managers, employees, field teams, and other business partners; Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
