Responsibilities may include assisting with public water and wastewater treatment systems, lift and pump stations, distribution and collection systems, residential and commercial treatment units, control panels, valves, hydrants, meters, sampling, inspections, cleaning, utility locates, and emergency response. Level 3 is an experienced technician/operator capable of advanced troubleshooting, independent system operation, field leadership, training, emergency response, customer communication, and project support.
