The developer will work closely with technical leads, technical managers, other developers, L1 support teams, Customer Support Managers (CSMs), infrastructure teams, business operations teams, and customer stakeholders. The role combines application maintenance, technical enhancements, production support, release management, application hosting, certificate management, database support, and customer collaboration.
