Scrape, wash, and sanitize mixers, ovens, sheeter line, coolers, production lines, trays, wire baskets, racks, floor equipment, drains and trash disposal. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following: ·Complete tasks outlined in the master, daily and weekly sanitation schedule or as directly assigned by the QA/ sanitation supervisor and or lead.
