The Plant Operator works independently and is responsible for overseeing all ready mix concrete plant operations, including but not limited to operations, maintenance, production, inventory control, safety, quality, environmental compliance and supervision of plant employees. Working outdoors with exposure to extreme heat, extreme cold and other outdoor environmental conditions, constant standing and walking, climbing, working from heights and lifting up to 75 lbs.
