All material job duties at this location involve direct or indirect interaction with the Company’s employees, contractors, vendors, associates, clients or customers and/or heavy equipment and, therefore, a review of criminal history related to crimes of theft, dishonesty, and/or violent acts is necessary due to articulable concerns regarding the safety of, or risk of harm or harassment to, the employer and those individuals and/or the employer’s property with which a candidate for employment may interact. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be working directly on the warehouse floor—setting up equipment, operating heavy machinery, and ensuring that all materials are processed to exact specifications.
