Review recorded surveillance footage to investigate incidents, disputes, procedure errors, risk management issues, theft, guest complaints and unusual gaming activity and complete required written reports regarding specific incidents. Monitor casino operations and personnel, including but not limited to Table Games, Casino Cage, Count Room, Slots, Poker, and Race & Sportsbook, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, gaming regulations, and established policies and procedures.
