Operate equipment such as dozers, motor graders, excavators, skid steers, and compactors Perform rough and fine grading for building pads, roadways, and site development Read and interpret blueprints, grade stakes, and site plans Establish and maintain proper elevations and slopes Conduct daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance Work closely with foreman, surveyors, and crew members Maintain safe job site operations and follow OSHA guidelines Assist with other site work as needed. 3+ years of grading experience preferred Ability to read and understand grade stakes and site plans Experience with GPS machine control systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and safety Valid drivers license required (CDL preferred but not required) Reliable transportation.
