Support 3-4 schools by: building the math content knowledge and coaching skills of leadership teams, directly leading content team meetings for teachers, engaging in the instructional coaching cycles with LT members, and a select group of teachers, and working with school teams to analyze data (primarily iReady and unit assessment data) to drive instructional decision making. KIPP SoCal Public Schools is a nonprofit organization that operates 20 tuition-free, open-enrollment charter public schools, within 17 Local Education Agencies (LEA), educating more than 10,000 students and supporting 8,300 alumni to and through college and beyond.
