Monitor and communicate prior day/shift results through reviewing shift communication (daily report, visual management board, pre-shift communication, email, etc.) and providing continuous communication in order to apply PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action). Maintain all tooling to produce a quality part (process/changes, non-conformances, equipment acceptance, down time issues, tool life, etc.) by identification, execution and communication to ensure harmonious flow within the area of responsibility.
