MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Experience administering healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder, or residential treatment programs and services, including coordinating program operations, multidisciplinary services, and resources to support effective service delivery; experience managing or leading personnel, coordinating multidisciplinary workforce activities, establishing priorities, and supporting organizational or program goals through effective staff and resource management; and experience evaluating program operations and performance, supporting quality improvement activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory, accreditation, policy, or program requirements.
