The position oversees operations and maintenance support across Ouachita, Greeson, and DeGray Lakes, including custodial services, grounds maintenance, visitor center support, solid waste services, natural resource management, facilities maintenance and repair, and support to dams, spillways, power plants, and navigation facilities. The Project Superintendent serves as the senior on-site representative with full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor and commits the personnel, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and other resources necessary to perform task-order requirements efficiently and effectively.
