Throughout the shift, you’ll rotate between finishing-process equipment—such as pickling baths and multiple furnace types (annealing, quench, belt, strip, strand, and continuous casting)—tracking progress and keeping documentation current. You’ll coordinate with teammates to keep material moving smoothly, respond to priority changes, and maintain a clean, controlled work area while supporting steady casting output and consistent results.
