Be willing to see patients at Mass Eye and Ear, MEEA and MEE satellite locations, or in other locations with formal MEEA or MEE affiliations, depending on departmental need as determined by the Chief and Service Director.
The framework is comprised of ten competencies (half People-Focused, half Performance-Focused) and are defined by observable and measurable skills and behaviors that contribute to workplace effectiveness and career success. Develop, maintain, and as appropriate, secure funding for academic activities (translational research, clinical trials and other clinical research, and/or developing educational programs).
