The Case Manager Supervisor will be responsible for general case management and supervisory case management duties including (but not limited to) supervising team of case managers, ensure community safety and effective program operation through internal and external monitoring of client activities and program services, intake assessment, individual and group counseling, case record management, discharge preparation and aftercare services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to: Perform all duties and responsibilities of case manager, including carrying a caseload as required by program needs, as relates to counseling, case record management, intake assessment, discharge preparation, aftercare services, security, resource management and facility maintenance.
