Preferred Qualifications: Prior collegiate tennis playing or coaching experience; familiarity with NCAA recruiting practices and collegiate tennis recruiting platforms such as ITA and/or UTR; strong communication and organizational skills; experience with video analysis and statistical software; and the ability to assist with camps, community outreach, and student-athlete development initiatives. Under the direction of the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will assist with all aspects of an NCAA Division II intercollegiate tennis program competing in the Pacific West Conference (PacWest), including practice planning, student-athlete development, match preparation, recruiting, video analysis, academic support, team travel, compliance responsibilities, camps, and administrative operations.
