Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google apps; knowledge of Blackboard and PowerSchool applications; Knowledge of local and state policies and procedures impacting Academically or Intellectually Gifted (AIG); Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices; Knowledge of inventory management practices; Excellent organizational, analytical and proofreading skills with the ability to track potential errors and verify accurate data contained in databases; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; Ability to complete complex tasks and minimize errors with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and complete tasks in the absence of clear directions; Ability to develop and manage budget and inventory records; Ability to understand, interpret, and apply specific rules and regulations governing the processing of fiscal documents, maintenance of financial records, and the preparation of fiscal reports; Ability to organize and maintain both paper and digital records and files; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, students, parents, staff members of external funding agencies, and the community.
