Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout project execution and installation by supporting drawing approvals, fabrication releases, shipping coordination, service activities, job-site visits, credit and legal coordination, and occasional factory visits. Coordinate project execution by reviewing submittals and orders, overseeing order entry and processing, and working with Operations to prepare and submit technical documentation for approval.
