The scientist leads and coordinates manufacturing campaign activities, including process design and scale-up, equipment selection and setup, materials planning, process safety evaluation review, recipe development, batch execution, equipment cleaning, process documentation, and post-campaign assessment. Our scientists focus on developing safe, economical, sustainable, and robust processes to support clinical trials and the launch of new medicines across various drug modalities including small molecules, peptides, oligonucleotides, and antibody drug conjugates.
