Working in collaboration with the plastic surgeon and the interdisciplinary care team, the PA is involved in evaluating, treating, and managing patients across the continuum of care, including outpatient clinics, surgical procedures, and postoperative follow-up. This role plays an important part in improving patient access, strengthening continuity of care, supporting surgical efficiency, and delivering high-quality, family-centered care within a growing pediatric plastic surgery practice.
