Coordinate with project teams, estimating, preconstruction, operations, accounting, legal, brokers, and surety partners to procure bid bonds, payment bonds, performance bonds, dual-obligee bonds, subcontractor payment and performance bonds, lien release bonds, bond riders, consent of surety documents, and other surety instruments as needed. General understanding of bid bonds, payment bonds, performance bonds, subcontractor bonds, lien release bonds, bond riders, obligee requirements, powers of attorney, notarization, and surety documentation preferred.
